This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the ELSAVN Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and any applicable Services Agreement between you and ELSAVN. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms or Services Agreement. In our role as a service provider, we process Personal Information on behalf of the businesses that use our products (our “Customers”). Data Retention

5. Do Not Track.  Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, our Services do not currently respond to such signals.
